## Realised by `bootstrap` (ADR-0013)
`crates/composition` is now `crates/bootstrap`, and `crates/infra-wiring` is absorbed into it. The
server and worker `main.rs` files no longer wire anything: `bootstrap::build_server` and
`bootstrap::build_worker` own the whole assembly, so the single composition root is now the only
place adapters are named. See ADR-0013.
